Principality Building Society has implemented Iress’ Lender Connect software.
The software uses application programming interface (API) technology to connect directly with lenders.
The platform automatically pre-populates mortgage applications with data already captured in advice and sourcing software.
Lender Connect is available to all intermediaries and can integrate with any advice software and lender portal.
Iress global head of product sourcing Jacqui Durbin says: “We’re delighted that Principality has joined Lender Connect, which will provide them with access to our large distribution network in the UK.”
“By joining our service, Principality will be able to streamline the mortgage application process for their clients, giving their members increased reassurance and certainty in the home buying process.”
